More LeadingAge Members Receive Capital Advance Awards
In November the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced the awards for the 2010 and 2011 Section 202 capital advances and related project rental assistance contracts (PRAC).
At the time, we congratulated 11 members who received at least one capital advance award in these latest rounds. Now, we would like to congratulate additional LeadingAge members who also received capital advance awards, several with unique projects:
HUD awarded 97 new Section 202 capital advances and associated Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) in 42 states and 92 awards for new Section 811 projects in 37 states.
