National Emerging Leadership Summit

The National Emerging Leadership Summit at GW aims to increase, improve and support the profession  to attract talent and future leaders.  Summit participants will have the opportunity to:

• Strategize: Collaborate with other emerging leaders in the post-acute field and develop strategies on how to increase, improve and support the value of the profession for leaders to attract talent.
• Advocate: Learn about the regulatory and legislative issues facing the profession and how to support innovative change.
• Connect: Unite with fellow emerging leaders.  Network with key leaders of NAB, ACHCA, AHCA, LeadingAge, and invited legislators and staff.
• Innovate:  Attain knowledge on how to effectively lead your organization and the profession through shared learning experiences.
