From a 2026 Education Committee Member

Melissa Honig, LNHA, MHSA | Chief Executive Officer | John Knox Village of Florida

“A compelling proposal is one I evaluate through the lens of all stakeholders—residents, board members, and colleagues—asking whether it will truly help them grow, address an unmet need they’re experiencing, or challenge current ways of thinking. I’m drawn to sessions that feel fresh and inspiring, offer practical takeaways or next steps, and reflect authentic collaboration between providers and community voices so the learning is relevant and makes a difference in the lives of those we serve—team members and residents alike.”
