2026 Exhibitor Registration Categories & Fees

As an exhibitor, your badge provides access to the E2 Experience Expo with Lunch, keynotes, and non-ticketed networking events. Exhibitors who are also a 2026 LeadingAge Business Member will have access to the education sessions.

The Exhibitor category applies only to individuals employed by a company exhibiting at 2026 Annual Meeting E2 (Experience Expo). Contractors or consultants are not eligible to have a badge under another exhibiting company’s name. Please refer to the exhibitor badge registration fee table below for detailed exhibitor registration information, categories, and fees—including badge limit allotments.

NOTE: Exhibitor + Education registration categories include a badge for both days of E2 Expo, and access to the full education program at Annual Meeting. Only full/daily badges are eligible for CE credits.

*Member fees are applicable to exhibiting business firms that are currently enrolled in LeadingAge’s Corporate Partner Program.
