Speaker Brief

Prepare for your participation as a speaker in the LeadingAge Annual Meeting and understand your speaker responsibilities!

Resources & Policies
    • Ensure your content aligns with the session description and learning objectives.
    • Make sure your presentation fills the full 60-minute session, leaving time for questions.
    • Limit panels to four (4) speakers and keep introductions brief to allow ample time for your content.
    • Tailor your presentation to the intended audience; focus on relevance and applicability.
    • Avoid promoting specific products or services, do not distribute promotional materials, or solicit attendee contact information during sessions.

Don’t Forget the Basics: Use slides as visual aids to summarize key points, especially when presenting large amounts of information. Avoid using slides as scripts or overcrowding them with text or data.
