E2 is comprised of 7 learning communities, each correlating to an education track. This connects the education sessions to the solutions exhibitors. The Learning Community Guide showcases which products/services attendees will find in each Learning Community.

Exhibit Rates & Benefits

Exhibit rates per 10’x10’ inline booth:

$3150 Partner Rate
$4150 Non-Partner Rate

Corner booths are an additional $250. Booths can be combined to create larger inline booths or island booths.

What’s Included?

Exhibit fee includes:

Experience space (pipe/drape, ID sign).
Four (4) Full Conference Badges with each 10’x10′ exhibit space. Full Conference Badges include access to education sessions (NEW), keynotes, E2, and other non-ticketed events.
Listing in Experience Guide, online Exhibitor Directory, mobile app, and onsite Way finder systems.
Networking lunch with attendees on Sunday.
Pre- & post-show attendee mailing lists.
Lunch in E2 on Monday and Tuesday.

VIP Booths

Back by popular demand! E2 will feature VIP Booths in each Learning Community. These prime booths are located in the first 30’ off the main aisles and are available exclusively to LeadingAge 2025 Gold, Silver, and Bronze Partners as well as any level Corporate Partner with an Annual Meeting Sponsor package.
