The 2026 floor plan highlights three areas for you to choose from.

VIP Partner & Sponsor Area: LeadingAge Gold, Silver and Bronze Partners and/or Annual Meeting Package Sponsors with any level Corporate Partnership are eligible to select VIP Area Booths.
Corporate Partner Area: LeadingAge 2026 Corporate Partners – at any level – are eligible to select Corporate Partner Area.
Partner & Non Partner Area: This area does not require Partner or Sponsor levels.

Exhibit rates per 10’x10’ inline booth:

$3,200 Partner Rate
$4,200 Non-Partner Rate

Corner booths are an additional $250. Booths can be combined to create larger inline booths or island booths.

Experience space (pipe/drape, ID sign).
Four (4) Full Conference Badges per 10’x10′ exhibit space, including access to E2 and keynotes.

Networking lunch with attendees on Sunday. Lunch in E2 on Monday and Tuesday.
