Taxi or rideshare takes 20–30 minutes to Center City depending on traffic.For rideshare (Uber and Lyft) pick up – follow airport signs for Ground Transportation and Ride App/Zone 7. Taxis offer a flat rate of $32 to Center City, plus $1 for each additional passenger. Follow the airport signs for Ground Transportation/Taxis and line-queued taxis will be located in Zone 5.
Rail – Amtrak Service
Philadelphia is served by Amtrak, which operates throughout the Northeast Corridor and stretches from Boston to Washington, with lines to other major cities. Amtrak’s stop at William H. Gray III 30th Street Station is minutes from the Pennsylvania Convention Center and Center City hotels.Drive
Philly is just a two-hour drive from New York City and Baltimore, three hours from Washington, D.C., and about an hour from Lancaster and Northern NJ. -

There are many parking options, including garages and surface lots, which are conveniently located within blocks of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The rates for parking along the perimeter of the building vary – please check here for parking options in the Convention Center District. -

Yes, if you are registered for the full conference you can attend all of the sessions. If you are registered for just the day, you can attend the sessions offered on the day you selected to attend the conference.

Please send cancellations in writing by e-mail to LeadingAge@Maritz.com in accordance with the below deadlines. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within one week of sending your cancellation, please contact the LeadingAge Registrar at LeadingAge@Maritz.com to verify receipt. After the cancellation deadline, cancellations may be considered in the event of approved extenuating circumstances (extenuating circumstances require documentation and must accompany your request). Please contact us in writing via email to Meetings@LeadingAge.org.

We understand plans change. To ensure the safety of financial information, LeadingAge does not permit transfers or substitutions. If you are canceling an attendee in your organization and adding another person, please officially cancel the attendee who is no longer attending and they will be refunded as per our cancellation policies. Cancellations for exhibit space made by Exhibitor made prior to June 1, 2026 will be entitled to a full refund of rental charge payments made less a $300 processing fee. No refunds will be made after June 1, 2026. There will be no refund for advertising or participation fees. Sponsorship and Corporate Alliance Program levels may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the time of cancellation and benefits received. No refunds will be provided after June 1, 2026.

Please only book your hotel accommodations through the official LeadingAge Annual Meeting hotel block at the same time you register. Hotel reservations for the meeting should be made directly through our registration link. Maritz is our official registration and housing provider. Beware of room poachers who may contact you promising discount hotel rates. If you get phone calls or emails from solicitors trying to sell you a hotel room, they are not associated with LeadingAge or the city. No. All hotel reservations must be made through the LeadingAge Annual Meeting registration link (at the same time you register) to receive the LeadingAge conference rate. Please note conference hotel rates are based on availability after August 13, 2026.

If you need to register and reserve multiple rooms, you will submit a hotel block request as part of your group registration. For assistance, please contact 1-864-208-2486 or LeadingAgeGroup@Maritz.com. Please note that reservations cannot be accepted by phone. Hotel reservation details are included within your registration confirmation email and will be sent after each reservation booking, modification, and/or cancellation. Review each one carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation via email within a few days after any transaction, please contact the housing bureau at LeadingAgeGroup@Maritz.com.

When you book a hotel reservation through our registration system, we hold your reservation until September 30, at which point we distribute the names to the hotels. If you try calling the hotel about your reservation before that date, they will not yet have your information on record. Contact the hotel after October 5 to allow hotels time to process the reservations.

One night’s room deposit may be charged on the credit card on file by the hotel prior to check-in. Please verify these charges directly with the hotel on or after October 1.

Hotel rates are subject to taxes and some may also attach additional fees. Taxes are subject to change, so please check your confirmation email for details.

We encourage all attendees to make their hotel reservations as soon as possible. Hotels are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis when you register for the meeting. After August 13, hotel reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis. All rates are per room per night, plus taxes. If you are making hotel group reservations, please note those deadlines may be earlier.

A credit card is required to guarantee each hotel reservation and may be charged a one night’s room and tax deposit on or after October 1, 2026 by the hotel. Hotel cancellation requests must be received by the LeadingAge Housing Bureau by 5pm ET on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Cancellation requests as of Monday, October 5, 2026 need to be sent directly to the hotel and made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax charge. If reservations are cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival or you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date you will be charged one night’s room and tax.
