Conference registration scholarships are available to individuals who meet one or more of the below eligibility requirements:

• Emerging, mid-level and senior leaders of color affiliated with a LeadingAge provider member who have not participated in a LeadingAge conference in the last three (3) years.
• Full-time college or university students over the age of 18 with priority given to those who have never participated in a LeadingAge conference. *
• LeadingAge provider members unable to cover the full registration or participation fees and have not participated in a LeadingAge conference in the last three (3) years.

*Part-time students will be considered on a case-by-case basis

A limited number of conference registration scholarships will be awarded per event/program based on:

• Demonstrated financial need or hardship situation.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional (and personal) development.

Please Note: Conference registration scholarships are limited to individuals who have not received a scholarship in the last (2) years.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through the deadline of October 10, 2025. You will be notified within 7-10 business days after your application is submitted on whether your scholarship has been accepted or not.

Those scholarship applicants who are accepted receive a complimentary conference registration for the four-day conference in Boston. Note: The scholarship does not include flight, travel costs, meals (except for Monday/Tuesday E2 Expo lunch) or hotel accommodations over the conference dates. The scholarship application and acceptance will be on a rolling basis.
