Description: The Leaders of Color Network Reception will be held on Tuesday evening at the National Museum of African American Music and is expected to attract between 200 to 300 individuals.

Grab a Bite, Badge, and Beat: Kickoff Lunch
Description: Kick things off right with some southern barbecue and sway to the sweet sounds of local talent, Chris Casello, as you reconnect with old friends and colleagues. This lively opening networking mixer sets the perfect tone for your time in Music City. Don’t miss the chance to badge up, dig in, and get in the groove for #LeadingAge24.
Sponsor Features: Your company will be recognized on promotional materials, including the conference website and mobile app. Your branding will also appear on signage in the area and your staff will have the opportunity to welcome attendees to lunch from the band stage. Additionally, your company has the option to provide branded tent cards to be placed on lunch tables
Song Project
Location will be determined in July. Exhibit is open for the week of Annual Meeting.
Description: LeadingAge members will help contribute to an original song by an award-winning song writer, who will craft it during the Annual Meeting and then perform it on the Closing Keynote session. Song becomes a gift to the members and all LeadingAge members are given the rights to use the original score for their videos and other uses.
Sponsor Features: Name on all promotional communications, opportunity to introduce the song at the keynote segment. Name and logo on website page that hold the song for future downloading for up to one (1) year.
Songwriting Workshop
Description: On Sunday morning, LeadingAge attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a songwriting workshop. Members will learn the art of songwriting from local professional musicians and be able to cross something off their bucket lists after crafting original songs of their very own.
Sponsor Features: Recognition on all project promotional communications and a member of your staff will have the opportunity to introduce our songwriting experts and emcee the workshop. Your company name and logo will also appear on blank music paper that will distributed to attendees for use during the workshop.
Chords of Courage
Description: Experience how each individual’s spark of courage has the power to ignite others. Contribute your thoughts to our giant art wall made entirely of acoustic guitars. Then jot down your walk on song and attach it to your badge as fun conversation starter and to get some musical insights about your fellow attendees. Don’t forget as a final note to grab a guitar pick as a reminder of your time in Music City.
Sponsor Features: Recognition on signage and marketing materials. A member of your staff may also staff the area to welcome attendees as they enter.
Student Program
Description: The Student Program is open to current students or recent graduates who might be interested in the field of aging services. By participating in the student program, students will network with executives, meet other students and receive unlimited access to all of the conference offerings.
Sponsor Features: Branding on event materials. Opportunity to deliver remarks at the Leaders in Residence event. Design and conduct an “Office Hours” session for students.
Leadership Academy Alumni Reception
Description: Sponsor a reception where LeadingAge’s Leadership Academy alumni can reconnect, network, and welcome the incoming cohort of alumni. These events typically attract about 75+ attendees and grow each year as the Academy alumni community expands. There are currently more than 600 alumni of the Leadership Academy.
Sponsor Features: Branding on signage and marketing materials, plus opportunity to deliver welcoming remarks that LeadingAge scripts, and up to three representatives from sponsoring organization may participate.

1) Leonard Nones: Essential Workers Exhibition
Acclaimed photographer Leonard Nones’ celebrates the courage, compassion, and resilience of 18 heroic employees who work with older adults.

2) The Passions Project Portraits
A portrait series creative by professional photographer and art activist, Heidi Wagner. Through this series, the artist tells the stories of intergenerational members of the LGBTQ+ community as a way of creating social connection and building a safe, inclusive community that welcomes all.

Sole-Ful Giving
Open every day near registration
Description: More than 580,000 people in the U.S. are homeless and many of them older adults. Feet work overtime when there is no cozy home or laundry room and unfortunately socks are the least donated item. LeadingAge wants to sock it to this problem. Attendees will be encouraged to bring a pair of socks to donate and place them in our giant bin. Help us meet our goal of 5,000 pairs of socks for Tennesseans in need.
Sponsor Features: Signage in area, opportunity to present the final donation to the charitable organization on the last day of the conference.
